Storywalk on the SNETT

Nature + Literature = Something Beautiful

Storywalk on the SNETT is a collaboration between the Simon Fairfield Public Library and the Department of Conservation and Recreation. The stations were constructed by Ethan Chisholm and Troop 316 of Douglas, MA. The Storywalk is on an easy, stroller-friendly, gravelled path with ample parking off of Depot Street (technically, 33 Railroad Ave). The first post is just to the west of the parking lot, and the walk is a little over 1,000 feet.

The current featured book is Pete the Cat: I love my white shoes by Eric Litwin & James Dean. Pete the Cat needs no introduction. Everyone knows he’s cool.

Grownups, if you want to learn the song before you go for the walk, here you go. Or make up your own tune. As long as you sing, you’re groovy. And don’t forget to dance!
